UTAMA MOTORS SPONSORS THE LARGEST SUPERCARS & SPORTS CARS PARADE

Utama Motors Sdn. Bhd., one of the leading luxury import vehicle distributors in the country has organized a press conference to announce an event that they are sponsoring, the Adrenaline Rush Track Day 2023 (ART Day 2023), today. The event, which was held at their showroom in Jalan Ampang, was attended by co-organisers, sponsors, mainstream media including print and electronic media as well as influencers, bloggers and special guests. Also giving support to Utama Motors and the event are representatives from the Persatuan Pengimport & Peniaga Kenderaan Melayu Malaysia (PEKEMA).

ART Day 2023 will be held on 15 July 2023 at North Paddock, Sepang International Circuit, organised for the first time by the U-Supercars Club.

Managing Director Utama Motors, Dato’ Marof Khan bin Mohamed Idris informed that the motor sports events are not a new sight for Utama Motors as they have participated in many before this.

“Utama Motors is excited to be part of the ART Day 2023 which features various supercars and sports cars,” he said.

Dato’ Marof Khan said, more than 400 owners of supercars and sports cars will take part in the parade, making it the largest gathering of supercars and sports cars ever held in the country, and will be recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records. In addition to the supercars and sports cars, more than 200 Harley Davidson will also take part in the ART Day 2023 parade.

“We not only distribute cars, but through our subsidiary, FS Bikes, we also offer high-performance motorcycles such as Harley Davidson,” said Dato’ Marof Khan.

He said that their involvement in the import vehicle industry opened up opportunities for them to build close relationships with the community of supercars and motorcycle owners. This is proven by their unwavering support in making the event to be held next month a success.

Alongside Utama Motors, other co-sponsors are Liberty Insurance, EZCare Warranty, PEKEMA Auto Club, Warranty Smart, Elrah Exclusive, Kacey Legacy, Optimum Premium Motors (OPM) and Drex Precision Services. Other than the parade, the ART Day 2023 also organizes Time Attack, which gives opportunities for supercars, sports cars or Harley Davidson owners to experience the track and test the durability of their vehicles. A participation fee as low as RM120 is charged for the parade category for supercars and sports cars while for the Harley Davidson, the fee for the parade category is RM150 which includes a t-shirt and dinner. For the Time Attack category, the entry fee for the supercars and sports car category is RM800 which includes a t-shirt and dinner while for the Harley Davidson category, the entry fee is RM380, also includes a t-shirt and dinner.

Through the Time Attack event, prizes worth almost RM80 thousand in the form of cash, trophies and cash vouchers Utama Motors & FS Bikes are offered to those who participate in the event. In addition, the ART Day 2023 event, which is open to the public, also offers prizes in the form of motorcycle helmets, exclusive Harley Davidson shirts, and many more, for visitors who attend the event through lucky draw activities.

In addition to gathering of supercars, sports cars and Harley Davidson, other attractions include a stage performance from a line-up of local artists. There is also a variety of both local and international dishes served by 20 food truck operators which visitors can enjoy.
