The G6 was first introduced to the Malaysian market in August 2024, and the New G6 arrives with updated features and enhancements. It is now open for booking, with prices starting from RM178,888.00*.

The New XPENG G6 comes with significant enhancements in performance, smart features, and design. Built on XPENG’s advanced SEPA 2.0 architecture, it delivers improved driving dynamics with greater efficiency, upgraded intelligence for a more seamless and connected experience, and a refreshed exterior and interior look that highlights its modern character.

Exterior

The New XPENG G6 brings together striking design and intelligent aerodynamics. Key exterior updates include a full-width Starlight Wing LED light bar with integrated turn signals for improved visibility, a redesigned rear diffuser that enhances airflow, and a matte gray XPENG logo repositioned from the bonnet to the hood for a sharper appearance. The wheel arches are now finished in body colour for a more refined look, while the new “Ducktail” rear design adds visual length, reinforces its stance, and contributes to greater stability on the road.

Interior

On the inside, the New XPENG G6 features a completely redesigned cabin that emphasizes premium materials, immersive technology, and comfort. The new Super Star-Ring Interior Design transforms 60% of the interior, introducing a sleek dashboard, ambient lighting, and a capacitive steering wheel. Refined colour themes in Dark Gray and Light Gray further enhance the ultra-modern atmosphere. The cabin also integrates advanced connectivity and smart cockpit functions, highlighted by a large central display, intuitive voice control, and seamless smartphone integration, creating a more connected and engaging driving experience.

Built for maximum comfort, the New G6 offers class-leading headroom and legroom, along with a panoramic star sunroof. Comfort is elevated with upgraded smart features, including front seats with massage, lumbar support, heating, and ventilation functions, delivering a premium experience for both driver and passenger. Rear passengers also benefit from class-leading comfort with a 12-level reclining seat design that provides a sofa-like feel.

Superfast Charging

The New XPENG G6 is powered by XPENG’s next-generation Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) 800V high-voltage SiC platform, marking the industry’s first upgrade to 5C LFP batteries. This breakthrough allows the G6 to deliver not only higher efficiency but also greater long-term durability compared to conventional battery systems. By eliminating the use of resource-intensive minerals such as cobalt and nickel, the platform offers a safer, more eco-friendly, and sustainable solution that reduces environmental impact while still providing strong, reliable performance for everyday driving.

Safety

The XPENG G6 also comes with a fully upgraded intelligent driving suite, which includes a MicroFiber capacitive steering wheel and an advanced driving chip. Together, these deliver more accurate, clearer, and longer-range perception to enhance safety and control on the road. The system also supports advanced driver assistance functions such as adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, and automated parking, giving drivers greater confidence in all conditions.

Adding to the driving experience is an upgraded cockpit powered by a high-performance chip that ensures smoother operation, faster response, and smarter connectivity for both entertainment and driving functions.

Safety remains central to XPENG’s philosophy. The New G6 is equipped with a bulletproof-level battery housed within a reinforced structural safety framework and protected by ballistic-grade armor. This design allows it to withstand extreme conditions, including temperatures of up to 1,000˚C and side crush pressure of 80 tonnes. In addition, the battery’s lifespan has been extended by 30 percent, ensuring durability while meeting the industry’s most stringent safety standards.

The New XPENG G6 Ultra Smart Coupe SUV is a fully imported (CBU) model from China, offered in five striking exterior colors — Arctic White, Graphite Gray, Midnight Black, Silver Frost, and Stellar Purple. Additionally, the New G6 is also offered in a special Black Edition, designed to deliver a sportier and more dynamic presence on the road.
