Mercedes-Benz Malaysia C-Class Launch

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia introduces its brand new C-Class models in Kuala Lumpur today. The all-new 2018 models include the C200 Avantgarde, the C300 AMG and the C43 AMG 4MATIC. These new models have the German manufacturer’s DNA representing luxury, comfort, safety, speed and innovative technology.

The C200 Avantgarde is the base model of the C-Class line, but being the base model does not make it any lesser outstanding and it will still “wow” any existing owners and new or potential Mercedes-Benz customers.

The new C-Class is much sportier and technologically more advanced. Looking at the design, its line and curves reveal a strong personality and elegance while its front bumper gives a more aggressive, sportier look to the car.

The C 300 and the Mercedes-AMG C 43 are  equipped with multiple advance driving assistance. One such system is the Active Lane keeping Assist feature where in case the car is unintentionally drifting out of its lane, the system will send pulse vibrations to the steering wheel and automatically apply brakes to one side of the car to bring it back on its initial lane. Isn’t that amazing!!

Inside the C-Class, a completely redesigned steering wheel with touch control buttons is the first thing that will catch your attention. Sitting above the AC vents, you will love the new 10 inch media display which can easily connect to your Android or Apple phone. All the C-Class models offer a sliding panoramic sunglass roof and leather seats with electric seat controls.

Under the C-Class hood, there is a 4 cylinder 1.5 litre power plant for the C200 and a 2.0 litre engine for the the C300 AMG line. The top of the line C43 AMG 4MATIC comes with a powerful 3.0 litre V6 BITURBO engine delivering about 390 horses.

The C-Class has been for the past few years the most popular Mercedes-Benz model in Malaysia and there is no doubt that the new 2018 models will follow the success of its predecessors.
