Today’s official practice session went on smoothly with good sunny weather after a pre-dawn shower. The team discussed in length on the strategy, car set up and tire choices before coming to a best solution in preparation for Saturday’s qualifying 1 & 2. Zen went in first before handing the wheel over to Dilantha and the team practiced on driver’s change, tire pressure checks and refueling.

At the end of the session, the drivers and team were generally happy with the improved time as compare to yesterday’s unofficial practice. Tomorrow 12:40 PM local time will be the start of Qualifying 1. Qualifying 2 will start at 1:00 PM local time and Race 1 will be at 5:10 PM local time. With tomorrow’s tight timeline and a track that according to Zen, “is hard on the car”, we pray that everything will goes well.
