Hong Leong Yamaha Motor is set to welcome the luxurious Yamaha TMAX 560 sport scooter to its MAX model line-up.
Hong Leong Industries Berhad Group Managing Director, Dato’ Jim Khor in an online launch session to unveil the new model said, “It has been more than 2 years since we last launched a Yamaha Big Bike and I am excited to unveil the highly anticipated TMAX 560 model which offers an update to the MAX model line-up from the Yamaha Big Bikes range.”
Supported by superior styling and luxurious comfort, the Yamaha TMAX 560 commands a dynamic presence either while cruising on busy city streets or for long distance travelling. Equipped with an all-new 562cc engine accompanied by a lightweight chassis for smoother navigation, this sport scooter is the embodiment Luxury in Motion.
In addition to its high performance and sophisticated design, rider experience has been enhanced with a Monotone TFT multi-function Instrument Panel which offers a wide array of information display such as fuel consumption, D-MODE, ABS, and TCS, while the uniquely designed T-shaped rear light which uses LED lights further compliments its distinctive look.
The new Yamaha TMAX 560 includes premium features such as an electrically adjustable windscreen which is adjustable up to a height of 135mm to provide the rider with wind protection at high speeds, a large 15 litre fuel tank, a spacious under-seat compartment space as well as heated grips and seats for a comfortable ride.
The all new Yamaha TMAX 560 will be available at all authorised Yamaha Big Bike Dealers nationwide from 16 October 2021 onwards in a selection of 2 color options, which are the Tech Kamo and Power Grey, and is priced at a recommended retail price (RRP) of RM 72,288 excluding insurance and registration fees. All new owners will receive a free customisable Big Bike Key Pouch by Royal Selangor, along with a safety disc lock.
Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn Bhd also unveiled another two new big bike models which are slated to be launched later this year. The first high performance model to take the stage was the all new Yamaha MT-09. This model offers an explosion of power with its high torque of 93.0Nm @ 7,000rpm and power output from its 889cc 3-Cylinder engine. Next to be revealed was the highly versatile and equally all new Yamaha Tracer 9 GT. Powered by an 889cc 3-Cylinder engine which offers a maximum power of 87.5kW @ 10,000 rpm along with a sophisticated 2 monitor TFT meter, this premium high performance touring machine is a lifestyle road conqueror.
