Boon Siew Honda Announces new colour for The Honda  Gold Wing Tour. Since the introduction of the upgraded Gold Wing Tour in 2019, it has always  represented the ultimate in two-wheeled travel, creating an enduring and unrivalled reputation  for luxury, quality, and comfort.

Honda’s luxurious Gold Wing Tour – a flagship completely reborn in 2019 – with radical weight  reduction, double wishbone front suspension, brand-new, flat six-cylinder engine, glides into  2023 wearing a stunning new paint, the Graphite Black. The combination of the brown engine  cover and the new colour makes the liquid-cooled, 1833cc, 4-stroke, SOHC 24-valve,  horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine look further aggressive.

Optimised for size, the 24V flat six-cylinder engine is known to provide an avalanche of torque  and addictive power delivery. The machine still produces a peak power of 93kW at 5,500rpm  and a peak torque of 170Nm at 4,500rpm. The engine and chassis are designed in unison, to  move the riding position forward and create a much more compact motorcycle.

The Gold Wing Tour comes with the Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) maintains rear  wheel traction and features 7-speed DCT, with clutch feel, shift speed and rpm range of  up/downshifts tailored specifically to each riding mode.

The Gold Wing Tour’s is known to be magnificent and comprises an immersive, 7-inch TFT  screen where you can manage every system – including Android Auto^TM and Apple CarPlay^TM – as well as Bluetooth and riding modes. The navigation system features a gyrocompass, for  continued guidance in long tunnels, while the audio system and lightweight speakers show  off upgraded sound quality.

The Gold Wing Tour is known for the Electrically Operated Windscreen that provides excellent  wind protection – or opens a sense of freedom for what’s to come. The height and angle can  be adjusted electrically by simply pushing the button up or down on the left handlebar. Throttle By Wire delivers smooth cruise control operation, up and downhill, to ease long  highway days. Hill Start Assist (HAS) helps get away when parked on an incline.

The combination of the new Graphite Black colour and the all-lighting LED gives the Gold  Wing Tour an unmatched look on the road. The headlights use 5 polished optical lenses on  both sides to create a distinct, Jewel-Eye low beam light signature. LED fog lights deliver  piercing visibility.

The Gold Wing is recognized for its large storage capacity. The top box grew to 61L, which  allows storage of 2 large full-face helmets. There is a further 60L between both panniers,  providing ample capacity for long tours. The comfort of the pillion of 23 angles for back  support – and luxurious new synthetic material for both front and rear seats – ensure a long haul confirmation for pillion and rider alike.
