Boon Siew Honda announced the 2021 version of Honda CRF250 RALLY. With styling DNA drawn directly from the HRC CRF450 RALLY Dakar racer, the CRF250 RALLY, has brought a real taste of adventure to riders who prefer a light, easy-to-manage machine. The 2021 CRF250 RALLY is lighter, more agile and even better equipped to explore.

- Handling and agility improved on any terrain from wide-ranging updates
- Addition of Assist/Slipper clutch for improved handling
- Added riding comfort with significant weight reduction, broader seat and step rubber
- A larger 12.8 litre fuel tank and new LCD meter with added functions
The CRF250 RALLY is powered by a liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, DOHC, 250cc single-cylinder engine provides the best performance in its class. By adopting a newly designed air cleaner, exhaust muffler and optimizing the ignition timing, a strong linear output is achieved even at low rpm range. Furthermore, changes in the size of the gear ratio, intake camshaft and ignition timing produce a more responsive acceleration and handling with a maximum power of 18.3kW / 9,000rpm and a maximum torque of 23.0Nm / 6,500 rpm. The addition of Assist/Slipper Clutch further improves the rider control in all riding conditions as it helps preventing the wheels from locking while changing gears.
The suspension is equipped with a large 43 mm upside-down front forks, working with Pro- Link rear suspension to accommodate all types of shocks and the Anti-lock braking System (ABS) on the front and rear wheels remain as a standard equipment. The rear ABS has an option to be switched off when driving off-road.
The weight has been significantly reduced with the adoption of new frame and Swingarm, achieving a weight reduction of 5 kg. Alongside a broader seat and step rubber addition, these contribute to an enhanced rider comfort. And with a new fuel tank capacity of 12.8 litres, gives it a longer riding range before the next refuel.
In addition, the overall sleek design also comes with a redesigned LED headlight and turn signal that has a flexible rubber mount structure for the stay part. For more convenience, a gear position indicator and fuel consumption meter have been newly adopted.
