Aveta Global Marketing Sdn Bhd, the manufacturer, assembler and distributor of Aveta motorcycles, has officially launched the VTM 250 dual-purpose model, another exciting addition to its adventure bike range.
The VTM 250 is available in two variants, each catering to different target groups. The LX variant, available by the end of October, is designed for enduro enthusiasts ready to explore various trails and terrains. By December, the M variant will hit the market, serving as a stylish, fun, and practical daily commuter – an affordable entry into the world of Supermoto.
Both variants share a 250cc oil-cooled 4-stroke single-cylinder SOHC engine paired with a fuel-efficient 6-speed manual transmission. The key difference lies in their ground clearance and wheel sizes. The LX boasts a higher ground clearance of 305 mm, with a 21-inch front rim and 18-inch rear rim, while the M variant offers 290 mm clearance with 17-inch front and rear aluminium rims. The aluminium rims on the M variant not only enhance durability but also reduce overall weight, improving agility and handling for street riding. Additionally, the colour schemes differ, with the LX available in Arsenal Red or Army Green, and the M in Blazing Red or Admiral Blue.
The VTM 250 LX is priced at RM12,988.00 (excluding insurance and road tax) while the M variant will retail at RM13,388.00. Both variants come with a one-year or 10,000km warranty, whichever comes first.
According to Aveta Group Managing Director Steven Lim, the dual-purpose VTM 250 reaffirms the core values of the Aveta brand, which is synonymous with unique lifestyle bikes that redefine boundaries and offer endless adventure and fun at affordable price points.

Building on the success of the Ranger Max Explorer, Aveta is confident with the market response to the new VTM 250 model and plans to introduce more new models in 2025, all targeted at the adventure lifestyle segment.

The company also plans to continue strengthening its aftersales support network, which currently has a total of 16 Aveta Authorised Service Corners nationwide, alongside its mobile customer service program, Aveta Care on Wheels. In addition, Aveta is expanding its presence with nine stockists across Malaysia, providing customers with easier access to genuine parts and services, with plans to further increase the number of stockists to better serve riders nationwide.
To further encourage early purchases and add a sense of exclusivity, Aveta is offering an exclusive Gift with Purchase (GWP) set for the first 50 customers of each VTM 250 variant (LX and M).
