Boon Siew Honda Sdn. Bhd. (Boon Siew Honda) announces the launch of the anticipated Honda CB350RS, a road sports model designed to deliver an exceptional riding experience for both everyday use and long-distance touring.

Powered by a 348cc, air-cooled four-stroke OHC single-cylinder engine that produces a maximum power of 15.5 kW @ 5500rpm, it is designed as an easy handling bike for daily rides and providing a rich and immersive touring experience, allowing riders to explore new roads and scenery with ease suitable for novice and experienced riders.

The CB350RS is built to be modern-classic aesthetic yet practical bike, highlighted by a deeply tapered fuel tank with front and rear steel fenders. Its semi-double cradle frame expertly balances vertical, horizontal, and torsional rigidity while harnessing the inherent flexibility of steel. This design, paired with a riding position that fosters a seamless connection between rider and motorcycle, ensures a relaxed and easy-to-handle experience.

The engine delivers a category-leading maximum torque of 30Nm @ 3000rpm, making it versatile for urban commutes and long rides. The advanced Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) system uses on-board sensors to optimize fuel consumption based on riding conditions, ensuring efficient combustion and reduced emissions. Additionally, the engine uses offset cylinder position that reduces the sliding friction and asymmetrical connecting rod ensures minimum energy loss while combustion.

Equipped with Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), a smart torque control system, helps in maintaining rear wheel traction by detecting difference between front and rear wheel speeds, calculating the slip ratio and further controlling engine torque via the fuel injection. HSTC can be turned on or off using a switch on the left side of meter.

The CB350RS seamlessly blends style, comfort, and practicality. Starting from turning the bike on, riders may just flick the on/off switch for an effortless ignition. Tuck in a relaxed position and comfort,

this bike features Assist and Slipper™ clutch for a smooth gear shift and reduce the load on the clutch lever, providing enhanced comfort, especially during frequent shifting.

Riders’ confidence is enhanced with the two-channeled Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) for front and rear tyres. The wide pattern tyres (front – 100/90, rear – 150/70) improve stability and road grip, complemented by a 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel for a modern look and stable stance.

These advance features are available to riders through its vintage-inspired advanced digital- analogue meter that integrates features such as torque control, ABS, side stand indicator with engine inhibitor, gear position indicator, and battery voltage. Additionally, it displays fuel efficiency in real-time, average mileage, and distance-to-empty modes.
