BMW Motorrad Malaysia recently introduced the dynamic M Competition Package for the New BMW M 1000 RR, a sporty enhancement that amplifies the formidability of the superbike for an unparalleled riding experience, along with elevated visual allure.

Since its first introduction to the Malaysian market in 2021, the BMW M 1000 RR makes a triumphant return presenting a fresh realm of excitement from racetrack to road. Now with the M Competition Package, the New BMW M 1000 RR showcases cutting-edge aerodynamics that lends the superbike a striking exterior and additional sports-oriented equipment that guarantee a stylishly powerful riding experience.

The New BMW M 1000 RR retains the formidable chassis design that is trimmed for racetrack use with modified geometry, optimised wheel load distribution and extended adjustability of the swinging arm pivot point. With the addition of the M Competition Package, the New BMW M 1000 RR now arrives a new swing arm in anodised aluminium -220g, along with a range of new equipment including the M Brake and Clutch Levers. The Brake Lever Guard, M Endurance Chain and M Rider Footrest are also offered in the new variant, providing riders with a touch of racing aesthetics without compromising safety. New with the superbike’s standard M Carbon wheels are exquisite carbon components that arrive with the M Competition Package – including the Front Wheel Cover with tape, M Aero Wheel cover, as well as the Rear Wheel Cover. Additionally, the package also lends the new variant a sprocket cover, chain guard, as well as side and tank covers.
The powerful water-cooled inline four-cylinder four-stroke engine in the New BMW M 1000 RR, now comes with the M Engine Protector thanks to the M Competition Package. Equipped with the innovative BMW ShiftCam technology for variable intake camshaft control, the superbike continues to hit an astounding maximum speed of 314km/h. Boasting a capacity of 999ccm, the superbike delivers an output of 156kW (212hp) at 15,100 rpm, achieving a thrilling acceleration at every twist and turn with a maximum torque of 113Nm at 11,000 rpm.
The New BMW M 1000 RR retains the intelligent 6.5-inch TFT display, powered by an OBD interface for the now-standard M GPS-Laptrigger. Owners of the New BMW M 1000 RR can Make Life a Ride for their passenger as well, as shared riding experiences are now elevated with the new Passenger Package that offers the Passenger Carbon Cover as standard.
Optional accessories available to the New BMW M 1000 RR are windshields in three variants, namely the tinted, bubble and bubble-tinted options, along with the M Datalogger and M Cover Kit. The New BMW M 1000 RR will continue to arrive in the iconic colour combination of Light White, Racing Blue Metallic and Racing Red.
Following the public’s exceptional interest and demand for the BMW M 1000 RR 50 Years M after its introduction to the Malaysian market last year, all new customers of the New BMW M 1000 RR with M Competition Package can expect deliveries to begin in 2024.
